The annual lease would be $8.00 per acre plus $.50 per acre
for each individual hunter named in the lease.
If smaller tracts are leased, the lease would be $10.00 per acre plus
$1.00 per acre for each individual hunter named in the lease. For example
if 3 hunters wanted to lease 100 acres, the annual lease would be ($10.00
+ $3.00) X 100 acres, or $1,300. If 5 hunters wanted to lease the 475 acre
tract, the annual lease would be ($8.00 + $2.50) X 475 acres, or $4,987.50.
Each hunter must be mentioned in the lease by name in order to have
hunting privileges on the acreage covered in that lease
